We work closely with the souring team to identify these vendors and clearly define our performance expectations. We have an inhouse quality control team that tour and vet each supplier prior to even starting these conversations. Our vendors become partners and allow us to dial down the risks.

Sourcing
Our staff has robust relationships with manufacturing facilities located through out North America, China, and the rest of Asia. We constantly work to find the highest quality manufacturing partners to ensure we have the capabilities to source products that are required by our clients.
Vetting
One of the most important tasks when forming a partnership with a manufacturing company, is to vet their overall processes and structures. There are many groups that claim they have the ability to produce quality products, but in reality, lack the infrastructure required. This is where our global reach and in-country teams comes into play. They visit every one of our partner factories on a regular bases to insure everything meets our requirements.
Contracting
It has been said the devil is in the details. When you are dealing with international contracts, that is very true. Our team is fully aware and able to handle the detailed process of insuring proper contracts are in place. Language and time zone barriers can make it complex, however we have the people on the ground to solve all of those issues.
Quality Control
Once a project is up and running, it is important to make sure everything stays on track. That is where our quality control department comes into play. During production of any product, we frequently send out our team to perform inline inspections. We also have final inspections prior to boxing of the product and prior to shipping. Triple checking the work to make sure the client gets the product they ordered.
